The campus is spread across an extensive, green, mango grove of 26.25 acres, which makes it a pollution free zone. The campus presents a conducive, healthy learning environment for the pursuit of technical education. The management gives prime importance to the best practice of landscape gardening. The campus is visually appealing and presents a sense of peace through its lush green lawns, ornamental plants and various other trees added to the existing mango trees. Regular maintenance is carried out to sustain the greenness in all extreme weather conditions. Every year, the NSS volunteers and the NCC cadets carry out plantation on the campus, under the scheme “Haritha Haaram”, an initiative of the Telangana government for a sustainable environment. The vegetation includes fruit trees like custard apple, papaya, pomegranate, lime, mango and flowering plants like hibiscus, ixora, rose, nerium, mussanda and the like. Green audit is done annually.
Boys hostels are located in lush green gardens to
accommodate 175 boys. Fully furnished rooms are available. The mess provides
delicious & healthy food. They run on a co-operative basis and expenses are
shared by all the boarders on no loss and no profit basis.
Hostels are also facilitated with Color T.Vs, Phones, Dispensary, Wi-fi internet
facility, mineral water and facility for in-door & out-door games.
Wardens regularly visit and check the hostels and look after the welfare and
discipline of the students.
Separate hostels have been provided for girl students in the lush green garden. The accommodation is for 225 students. Well furnished rooms are available. A separate mess and dining hall is provided for them.

Membership of the library is open to all the students, faculty and the non-teaching staff of the Institute. Membership is also extended to the members of management and administration. The faculty are eligible for borrowing up to 5 books at a time. The non-teaching faculty are eligible for borrowing up to 3 books at a time. The students of U.G. and P.G. are eligible for borrowing upto three books for 15days.
All the SC & ST students can use this Book Bank Scheme. In every semester under this scheme,students can borrow 6 books each and they have to return after completion of semester.

The College has constructed a separate Indoor games complex. Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, GOI, New Delhi has sanctioned a grant of Rs. 20,00,000/- during 2001-2003. Facilities are provided for Cricket, Volleyball, Basket Ball, Tennikoit, Throw ball and Shuttle-Badminton. complex. A 16 station GYM is the special facility available in the games complex.
